Rechnung wich über 30% vom Angebot ab! Das Angebot, auf dessen der Auftrag erfolgte, beinhaltete die geschätzten Stunden des Umzuges. Nicht aber die Stunden für An- und Abfahrtszeit. Diese hätten, da die Be- und Entladestelle natürlich bekannt waren, im Angebot aufgeführt sein.

Irreführung durch die im Angebot genannte Entfernungspauschale, welche suggeriert, dass damit die An- und Abfahrt gemeint ist.

Der Auftragnehmer hätte über den Preisunterschied von über 700 Euro informieren müssen.

Vorab und auch während des Umzuges lief die Kommunikation und der Ablauf mit den Mitarbeitern super! Deshalb hätte ich diese Firma gern erneut beim nächsten Umzug, der in 3 Monaten ansteht, wieder beauftragt. Aber nach dieser Abzocke nicht mehr. GF antwortete auf Rückfrage pampig!

Einzig die Kosten für die Anlieferung von Packmaterial, welche nicht benötigt wurde und auch auf der RG auftachte, wurde erstattet.

Sehr schade solche Machenschaften! Die Mitarbeitern waren zuvorkommend, freundlich und schnell.

Never again Langer moves! Big mouth nothing behind it!

On top of the originally agreed flat rate (the "boss" was personally on site and prepared the offer), 1000 euros were added because of alleged additional lines.
The final settlement took place before the move was over, so we no longer had the opportunity to check the furniture and boxes.
Two of the 5 installed lamps (extra calculation) did not work or were screwed on sloppily.

The tabletop of our oak table was improperly placed against a wall in the old apartment and fell over (crack over half the length) - it was later claimed that I was to blame for the incident, allegedly I had opened a door behind it (logistically not possible) . The liability insurance of the Langer company refused to settle the damage (> 800 euros), one of the employees had confirmed in writing how it happened (note: he was not in the room at the time)
An antique desk chair was placed behind cardboard boxes with the backrest broken, so that we only discovered the damage after two days. The movers significantly damaged several pieces of furniture (chipped corners, torn out drawer of a chest of drawers, depressed seat of a wicker chair, etc.), but did not inform us about it. When we complained about the damage to the employees in the damage department a few days after the move, we were informed that we had to report this within 24 hours - the deadline had now expired.
One of the movers wanted a tip instead of our friendly lunch, and he also asked me repeatedly about the purchase price of the new apartment.

After all the boxes were finally unpacked after a few weeks, we found that we had also been stolen (digital equipment: Apple mouse, Fritz repeater, iPod).

Despite several phone calls and numerous correspondence, Langer did not propose a solution. At first we were held up with false promises, later calls and emails were simply no longer answered.

We turned the matter over to our lawyer.

First you sign the disclaimer, then you pay 3 men, one of whom is only looking for existing scratches to document them. Stay 2, one goes to smoke, the other tries to dismantle the furniture. You are not allowed to transport glass, so unfortunately it stops. The heavy table is not unscrewed, as recommended by us, but then thunders onto the parquet, where a thick scratch is created. But we have signed, see above. So: hands off! They are so incompetent and then too. still outrageous! The trade inspectorate should take a closer look at this company. Unfortunately, only half of the furniture was transported and massive damage was caused in the process. The pure destruction of money. Obviously they save themselves the liability insurance. In addition, we have lost time because we then had to take care of capable moving helpers.

We had booked a move suitable for senior citizens and therefore accepted the horrific costs of 7600 euros. Unloading the moving goods was hectic and bungling. Some of the boxes were unlabeled. It was packed in a mess. It was actually supposed to be partially unpacked, but we had to unpack most of the cardboard boxes ourselves and sort them by living area. For example, there were pictures of the living room between curtains for the basement. The disappointment was very big considering the immense costs. Half of the price would have been enough for the performance offered. Definitely not to be recommended and certainly not as a senior move.

Mr. Langer is very courteous and eloquent - until you've signed it. Then you get to know your rude, not very customer-oriented side. On the day of the move, the team consisted of 6 people, 2 of them capable and prudent, the other 4 just wanted to get things done quickly regardless of losses. Accordingly, we had various damage to the new house and the furniture. With the agreed disposal of bulky waste, an attempt was made to bill us for increased quantities. Fortunately, I measured it myself, even though the loadmaster tried to prevent it.

7000€ for senior package! Packing and unpacking promised! The whole thing is child's play (company advertising). If it means that child's play involves chaos, unprofessionalism and similar inability, then Langer Umzüge has completely fulfilled its mission. If, while the boxes are not yet completely unloaded, a surcharge of 6000 € is demanded for massive pressure, as a senior you are speechless at first. Does the system? Follow-up work, such as unpacking the boxes, was only done poorly after a lawyer was called in. Moving is always stressful! But the Langer company, represented by Mr. Langer, turned this venture into a nightmare!!!

My move to my new home was a very relaxed and pleasant experience for me thanks to the friendly, efficient and competent employees from Langer-Umzüge. With my heavy antique furniture and almost 100 moving boxes, the team cleared the apartment very quickly and easily and loaded everything safely into the intended truck. All pieces of furniture and objects were carefully wrapped in foil and blankets. In my new apartment everything was taken to the destination, unpacked and the necessary assemblies were carried out. All in all, it was a very successful move. Thank you very much for this. I will recommend you!

Service cost: €3427

A move within 300 meters took 5 men 10 hours, 8 hours were estimated and paid for right from the start. The 2 hours were then charged extra € 23 times 5. The kitchen was taken away, I was asked if I would like a new end strip costs € 55, later there were 2 strips each costing € 75, the new siphon was € 45 calculated, costs 11 € in the hardware store. The lamps are badly hung, and part of the chandelier is missing. Cabinet door not adjusted.
Lining the Fahrstujhls was charged with 25 €, but not done. so we got another 580 € which was above the offer.
We packed and unpacked the moving boxes ourselves. etc.

I moved with my family from Darmstadt to Frankfurt for work last year 2016. The viewing was just as free as the very detailed offer. The move was absolutely smooth. It was a lot of fun with the moving team on site. The team was very busy and dragged everything and transported it to the right place. Great guys. The billing was great too. In contrast to other moving companies, I only got a receipt from the team leader. On the same evening, however, an EDP issued invoice came in PDF. Really great, so I could submit the move to the tax return without any problems and was therefore completely accepted. A lamp and vase did not survive during the move. Which was regulated by the insurance. It's a shame that it wasn't the value I paid back then. But unfortunately at the age of 5 I can't expect much. Nevertheless, I can only recommend you or the Langer team.

We are very dissatisfied with the moving company Langer and can definitely not recommend them, as they are very inflexible and unprofessional. They are not customer-oriented and are not ready to compromise.
After we had agreed on a moving date and wanted to postpone it due to delays in construction work, this was in no way possible and we were still charged for part of the moving costs and not prepared to postpone the date. It was also impossible to reach the managing director. But when it came to dunning costs, they were sent before the time. We are really disappointed!

A top class move, it couldn't be better! Fairly priced and professional. Therefore I cannot understand the previous speakers at all. The move from 2 apartments to 1 new apartment (moving together) from the Hochtaunuskreis and Frankfurt to Frankfurt was carried out in a highly professional manner on 2 days, including a packing service. The moving helpers were punctual on both days, very friendly and extremely careful with our things. Even when it got late due to the crowd, the friendliness never fell by the wayside and the things were neatly carried into the new apartment right up to the last box. Involved employee. Friendly! Competently! Highly Recommended. Top!!

Worst move we've ever made. Partly packers without experience with extremely carefree handling of furniture and cardboard boxes. A total write-off to a mirror cabinet, a lot of damage such as deep scratches and dents, parts that are no longer functional after assembly or objects destroyed because cardboard boxes were "rolled". Assembly material and dirt were not removed, private items and cardboard boxes were lying in the garden after deduction, the weekly amount of money deposited for the cleaning lady was missing in the stairwell. The lump sum was "plus minus 2 hours", which of course was added for all drivers and packers, despite inspection and assessment by an experienced boss. Written complaint was made on Mondays, two weeks after the weekend of the move. Had to be followed up twice, then after 2 1/2 weeks it was rejected because the period of 14 days for a complaint had expired.

Based on a furniture list, an offer was made without inspection. It amounted to EUR 595. When the packers arrived, they found that the furniture volume was probably five times what was included in the offer. They loaded up some boxes and then spoke to the boss on the phone. This calculated a new price: 2800 EUR. And if I cancel the order and hire another company (offer price 800 EUR), they still have to invoice the original offer price of 595 EUR. I was trapped. What is left if all work processes are optimized for this move date and you actually have no alternative to continuing the move?
Allegedly, the mail with the furniture list was not completely transmitted. I haven't heard of anything like this in 18 years of email traffic. At most, emails are incompletely _shown_ for the recipient. But then the problem lies with the recipient.
We finally agreed on 1500 EUR. To make matters worse, the packers wanted to collect the money before the work was finished, but I didn't get involved.
Stay away from Langer removals!

From the preparation of the offer to the move itself, everything worked smoothly and reliably. The inspection before so carefully and thoroughly, boxes and packing materials were delivered on time. The team arrived punctually on the day of the move and handled our sensitive furniture (lots of glass and light-colored upholstery) and pictures professionally. The packers and the team leader were very friendly and in a good mood. Unloading and assembling took a little more time than planned, but again there was no impatience or hectic pace. Nothing was broken or damaged, the work was done very carefully and properly. We have moved several times for professional reasons, would immediately commission Langer removals and can only recommend them. Great team!

The move was absolutely unprofessional and after complaining you were dismissed on the phone for weeks. When you had someone's turn after 2 months you were told that it was too late for a complaint and the incident was described differently by the employee. 7 days after the move, after a phone call on July 4th, I submitted a written complaint. The move took place in the employee's private car, as the boss had forgotten to assign a car. The second man had only been at work for a few days and couldn't speak a word of German. Not everything was done as discussed. Back panels were not properly attached, Alibert not hung up, lamps not attached, a cupboard damaged, a large chest of drawers was then placed in the kitchen because the worker did not want to dismantle it, constantly complaining that everything would not have been written down by the boss etc. Moving was simply a disaster and I was allowed to lug around with me, otherwise the move would have taken the whole day. No more long moves!

I made three mistakes.

1. I should have read the reviews on sites like this better. I would have been spared a lot.

When I asked about the bill - a few weeks after moving - I was yelled at almost immediately on the phone and couldn't speak. I was labeled "too stupid" and "too stupid" because I wouldn't understand the bill.

2. I failed to write down the number of hours ..

3. I definitely chose the wrong moving company. Whether you agree or not - a tone of voice like the one I had to experience on the phone is not only unprofessional but simply outrageous.

I fail to go into details of the dispute as I was threatened with legal consequences. What I admonish openly and clearly, however, is the incredible tone of voice.

To be fair, I have to mention that the three men who made the move on site both times were absolutely hardworking and professional.

We can recommend Langer-Umzüge with a clear conscience. There was really no reason to complain. From 7:30 in the morning to 7:00 in the evening, the boys whirled around; Move within a day. Access to the old 4 1/2 room apartment was difficult, in the new 5 room apartment we had a furniture lift. Everything, but also everything, was completely wrapped with blankets and protective films, loaded without any additional aids and a large bedroom cupboard was also dismantled. In the new apartment everything was brought into the appropriate rooms and basement and the cupboard was reassembled, all without damage. With our current experience, Langer-Umzüge is simply reliable, friendly and delivers a great service. Thank you.

Long removals were the first to make us an offer, but without a personal inspection, and due to the good impression and the VAT not charged (moving to other EU countries, Switzerland), we placed the order.
Even after the order confirmation I had a bad feeling because, contrary to what I had agreed, I was not told which customs documents I needed.
On the day of the move, the team shows up almost 2 hours late (2 hours at my expense, there is supposed to be a traffic jam!) And then forever discusses how to drive the truck into the street. One of the three colleagues couldn't walk stairs. Really stupid when moving from the 4th floor without an elevator! The other two helpers were very good.
Then, contrary to the previous agreement, I had to pay the entire invoice after loading and an attempt was made to add additional costs.
The next morning at customs we first had to wait for the partner agency, as they were not able to print out the documents I sent by email (also waiting for my expense!). I coordinated with customs, but I should still pay for the moving helpers in time.
The best for last: I have been waiting for a correct invoice for 3 weeks because too many hours were recorded on the first invoice and services were recorded twice on the second invoice. Instead of the invoice (with a refund), I receive a reminder. Really funny! There is no response to emails, but every employee knows my case when I call ..
Conclusion: Top relocation helpers (however 2 out of 3 capable people quit because of the cooperation with the boss), office an absolute disaster and it is simply unacceptable and outrageous to artificially manipulate the bill. Instead of the agreed 100 € for customs (all inclusive) I am now supposed to pay 215 € plus working time a 2h.
Had I read other reviews beforehand, I would have been spared a lot of trouble.
My tip: only select companies that are members of the association and never pay for everything beforehand!
